Lustrous tanzanite crystal of pink tanzanite with no matrix attached. The crystal is terminated, highly lustrous, internally transparent. Fancy colored tanzanite that is pink in one direction (wide front side), lighter and more yellowish on the narrow side, with a peach coloration down the top. Pink crystals are very rare. The termination and back site of the crystal are contact.
